BBQ Sauce

A BBQ classic and very easy to make. This tasty barbecue sauce is good with any meats - lamb chops, steaks, sausages.

Ingredients:

• 25g (1oz) butter
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 1/3 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup tomato sauce
• 1 cup water
• 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
• 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup brown sugar

Steps:

1. Melt butter in saucepan
2. Add remaining ingredients
3. Stir until sugar is dissolved
4. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer (uncovered). 5 minutes.
