Devilled Wine Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons red or white wine
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • salt, pepper

Steps:

  1. Melt butter in pan,
  2. Add worcestershire sauce, and red or white wine.
  3. Stir until sauce boils, boil until sauce is reduced by half.
  4. Remove from heat,
  5. Add cream
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
