Devilled Wine Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red or white wine
- 1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cream
- salt, pepper
Steps:
- Melt butter in pan,
- Add worcestershire sauce, and red or white wine.
- Stir until sauce boils, boil until sauce is reduced by half.
- Remove from heat,
- Add cream
- Season with salt and pepper.
