Horseradish Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon grated horseradish, firmly packed
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 2 teaspoons vinegar
• 3 teaspoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons cream

Steps:

1. Scrape root of fresh horseradish clean, grate finely.
2. Combine grated horseradish with remaining ingredients,
3. Blend well.
4. Keep refrigerated.
