Mushroom Paprika Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
- 75g (3oz) butter
- 400g (1/2lb) small mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- salt, pepper
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 shallots
Steps:
- Heat butter in frying pan,
- Add sliced mushrooms, sauté 3 minutes.
- Add flour and paprika, stir over low heat 3 minutes,
- Remove from heat.
- Add sour cream and milk, stir until combined.
- Return to heat, add chopped shallots, lemon juice and cayenne
pepper and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Stir over low heat until sauce just comes to boil, reduce heat,
stir 2 minutes.
