Red Wine Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup dry red wine
- 6 shallots
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 oz. butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- salt, pepper
Steps:
- Place wine and finely chopped shallots in small saucepan.
- Cook over high heat until wine is reduced by half.
- Add butter, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste; stir
until butter has melted.
- Stir in chopped parsley.
- If pan-frying or grilling steaks, add any pan juices to the
sauce.
