Stroganoff Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
- 25g (1oz) butter
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 600g (1lb) mushrooms
- 250ml (10oz) carton sour cream
- salt, pepper
Steps:
- Melt butter in pan,
- Add finely chopped onion, sauté gently until onion is tender.
- Add sliced mushrooms, cook until mushrooms
are well softened.
- Add mustard, salt, pepper, then stir in sour
cream
- Heat together gently
- Simmer gently 5 minutes.
