Tempura Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon dry sherry
• pinch sugar
   

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
2. Allow sauce to stand 30 minutes before using.
